Provides copies of encumbrances / documents registered against a property ie mortgages, easements, covenants etc. - Prior Ownership
Provides an historic title search of a current title showing prior ownership of the property since the title issued. - Land Plans
Provides the boundaries of a property. - Spatial View
Shows boundaries of the surrounding area of a particular Lot / title or street address. - General Land Information
Sales details, Rating valuations – all accessible on request. - Historic Searching
